On the first two days, The outdoor training was leaded by coach from the base. Activities includes factors of challenge, cooperationg, orgnisition, believe, dream. At the end of training, water games and campfire party gave a relaxing entertainment.

On the third day, climing in the Taipingzhuang Moutain Natinal Park is the main activity. Green tree and clean creeks fill the park much. After 3 hours route, Changyou staff arrive at the destination Rainbow Waterfall.

As a professional downhole tools(mainly tools of DST, completion, slickline and coiled tubing) manufacturer, Changyou take importance of team building and group cultrue building. After the traning, almost all staff shared their throughts and experiencem, which we believe will help the working and life in future.
